* All bow hunting safaris are based on a daily rate plus trophy fee basis.
Terms of Business
50% deposit of daily rate to confirm booking
Safaris cancelled within 61-120 days --- 50% of deposit returned.
Safaris cancelled within 60 days --- 100% deposit forfeiture
Balance due at the end of the safari and payable in U.S. dollars or travelers
checques.
Liability
Sagittarius Safaris will take the utmost care to insure your safety while you are with
us on safari. However, Sagittarius Safaris and its agents do not assume or accept
any liability for the safety of you or your belongings while you are with us. Hunting
can be a dangerous sport. It is the client's responsibility to obtain any insurance he
or she feels necessary to protect their health or possessions.
